4Registration & Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not disclose your password to any third party. 9Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one Account, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.

10Suspension & Termination

Where an Account is terminated due to Player breach, any balance — including bonus funds and associated winnings — may be forfeited. Where termination is initiated by puss777 for reasons unrelated to Player fault, verified real-money balances will be returned via an approved payment method.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, puss777 shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses arising from the use or inability to use the Platform; (b) loss of data, revenue, winnings, or opportunities; (c) losses arising from the actions or omissions of third-party payment processors; or (d) technical failures, interruptions, or errors that are beyond puss777's reasonable control.

Puss777's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the calendar month in which the cause of action arose.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent that such limitation is prohibited by law.
